Returns are only applicable on products that are defective/damaged with an unboxing video of the said product.

3. Important Guidelines for Returns

• Opening Video Required: If you receive a damaged product, please record a continuous video from the moment you begin unboxing the package until the point where the damage is visible. This uncut video is required for us to process any return or replacement.

• Note: We rely on this video as our suppliers require it for return authorization. Without it, we may not be able to honor the return.

4. Refund Process

• Refund Method: You’ll receive a full refund or a store gift card with unlimited validity that you can use for future purchases at Luxeaura Jewelry on your interest.
